caramelised fennel, charred orange, basil and balsamic dressing

black pudding, butternut squash, crisp Parma ham and sage

wild mushroom and snow pea risotto, truffle jus and aged Parmesan

Roast Sirloin of Hereford Beef
confit vine tomato. sauteed garlic mushrooms, bearnaise sauce and triple cooked chips
Loin of Cod
sweet potato and chick pea curry, sweet and sour peppers, bhaji onions and coriander
Goats Cheese, Squash and Spinach Lasagna
aubergine and mascarpone veloute, tomato jam and crispy rocket

White Chocolate and Raspberry Creme Brulee
raspberry and pink peppercorn sorbet, almond shortbread
