Slow Roasted Bronze Turkey
homemade Yorkshire pudding, pork and chestnut stufing, roast potatoes, pig in a blanket, smashed carrot and swede, treacle glazed parsnips, buttered sprouts and cranberry gravy
Ox Cheek Suet Pudding
triple cooked chips, crushed peas, caramelised onion, mushroom and bacon jus
Pan Roasted Sea Bass
